Welcome to the brand new flag database of the Royal Institute for the Study of Banners (Cambria).The Royal Institute for the Study of Banners (Cambria) is a not-for-profit organisation under royal tutelage. In addition to compilings lists of current and previously used flags, the Royal Institute work in conjunction with the Cambrian College of Arms to design new flags for entities who officialy request it. Our library, situated in our Castreleon offices, may be consulted by apointement. This online database is produce in part thanks to a grant from the Heritage Ministry. |
